Excellent Resource: Fire Adapted Communities

Summer is the season for wildfires and I wanted to draw readers' attention to a site that outlines some excellent preparation techniques for individuals, families, homeowners, and communities for protecting life and property. 

The web page "Fire Adapted Communities"  shares a number of great ideas in three languages, and offers resources for and by governmental agencies and NGOs, as well as private citizens. The linked documents are well worth the time to review if you live in an area prone to damage from wildfires.
